Our client is a dynamic civil engineering firm that specializes in providing technical consulting services to a diverse range of clients. They are seeking motivated and experienced Project Managers to join their teams in North and South Carolina.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 6 years of relevant project management experience

– Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification

– Strong knowledge of design, permitting, and construction processes

– Experience within a civil consulting firm is preferred

– Proficiency in managing projects through all design, permitting, and construction phases

– Working proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Word, and Excel

– Familiarity with Civil 3D and Land Development software is a plus

– Effective communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and client interaction

– Excellent organizational abilities

– Previous experience in personnel management and supervision

Responsibilities:

– Lead project management for diverse developments including commercial, residential, and industrial projects

– Oversee design and development of industrial parks, storm drainage systems, water and wastewater systems, roadway designs, and landfill projects

– Manage water and wastewater studies, ensuring their successful execution

– Coordinate all project aspects, including liaising with regulatory agencies for necessary permits

– Administer project bidding processes and manage project awards

– Provide oversight and administration during the construction phase

– Collaborate with co-workers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success
