Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager based in the Columbia, SC or Charleston, SC markets. A Project Manager is responsible for leading construction projects at Lowes Foods and Kj's Markets (Alex Lee Retail). With a primary focus in our South Carolina markets, this individual will manage all construction related activities for new stores and remodels including planning, budgeting, construction management and contractor administration.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction or related field, plus 3-5 years commercial industry experience. Ability to read and understand construction documents. Strong Problem Solving and Communication skills. Excellent planning and time management. Ability to work under strict deadlines.
