This individual contributor role will support site leaders at our UAB Main (Hospital), UAB and Chattanooga Reprocessing Centers. This role will drive the strategic vision of the business as it aligns with HR initiatives and programs focusing on Talent Development, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and day-to-day HR functions.
This role provides HR leadership, consultation, and advocacy supporting approximately 175 employees.
This role will require time spent in the Birmingham office. Additionally, this role will require travel to the Chattanooga, TN locations.
