Stephens Solar Solutions is Hiring a Sales Professional Near San Antonio, TX

*Looking for someone that is motivated and ready to start making 6 figures. I will train you and give you a skill set that will make you a great living for the rest of your life.

*Must Provide 3 Verifiable References!*

*MUST HAVE VEHICLE to travel to different neighborhoods around San Antonio area

*Work as many days as you want, but must commit to schedule in advance.

*MUST HAVE RELIABLE CELL PHONE. Work is tracked my HelloTracks and progress will be physically monitored through out the day.

*Position starts passing flyers, scheduling consults and work your way up to a full time sales position. Pay can be hourly up to 22$ an hour depending on skill set and initiative.

$0.17 / flyer (600 flyers per day) = $102 that usually takes 4-5 hours *Pay negotiable if you show above average performance after 2 weeks of consistent distribution*

*You get an extra 100$ if you get someone to schedule a consult, another 100$ if they sign the contract. With experience if you sell the job before I get there you get between 5-7% of the contract.

*How much you make per hour depends on how fast you want to go.

*Average is 125/hour. I am in decent shape and consistently do 180/hour by walking a bit faster. That’s 30$ an hour plus incentives.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and have a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $78,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
