Brush Masters Painting Contractors is a fast growing painting company in which we provide exceptional service and product.

We are currently looking for a Sales Professional to join our team to be punctual at appointments, write/send proposals the same day, and communicate with the team customer’s full scope of projects. We are looking for a paint sales professional who can work independently and someone who can close sales along with coordinating projects.

Many jobs include the following: Interior / Exterior - Residential, Commercial Painting, Pressure Washing, and more.

Painting knowledge is required!

Responsibilities

• Meet and communicate with clients to understand full scope of projects
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project
• Send out Same Day Proposals
• Aid in project management and coordinating projects
• Input project details into company software
• Enter data into CRM to maintain detailed records for all projects and customers
• Follow up with customer’s proposals
• Create vendor contracts and presentations
• Verify and order Paint Charts
• Must knock on 100 doors per day
• Close 3 sales per month minimum

Requirements

• 3 years successful experience in Home Improvement, Construction, or Service-based industry
• Deep knowledge of house painting and how paint processes work
• 3 years of client-facing and project-based experience
• Ability to deliver high-level customer service
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Tech savvy (smart phones, computers, tablets, etc.)
• Problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work on Saturdays and evenings as required
• Car and valid license is required, travel is a must, car magnets placed on car

Experience:

• Painting: 3 years (Preferred)
• Sales in painting (Preferred)
• Good driving record

License:

• Driver's License (Required)

Work Location:

• San Antonio, TX

Pay:

• 100% Commission based
• $100 per qualified lead plus another $100 if closed plus 10% commission
• Gas allowance of $300

Training:
Will be trained to follow our sales process and software.
Will also attend leads as we ramp up, but must be comfortable door knocking.
