R&L CERTIFIED AUTO GROUP is Hiring a Sales Professional Near San Antonio, TX

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Valid driver's license

We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
