Title: Expense Systems Analyst/ SAP FICO with Concur Experience

Work location: Orlando

Hybrid role; In-Office Tuesdays

Duration: Long Term Contract

Interview Schedule/Availability: Telephone followed by zoom

Concur-Expense experience required and SAP experience needed but need not be S4 experience.

Will be troubleshooting issues.

Will be asked to pull reports based on various requests of leaders.

Handling the intake and analysis of files received from externals institutions and issuing tickets based on these.

EXTERNAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide business process expertise for Travel and Expense. Use multiple tools and platforms to test systems and processes. Trouble shooting end user issues, system issues, and accounting discrepancies. Working with all levels of management to deliver high performance system and tools. Provide key technical support to the Expense Customer Service Team.

Research and resolve daily Concur posting failures (~25/week)

Investigate all Concur system errors and manage incident queue in Service Now

Resolve CITI Payment issues

Manage site testers and testing for technical release, and perform testing

Provide second tier technical support to the Operations team and assist with escalations

Liaise with vendor HCL for production support issues

Troubleshoot ad hoc issues as they arise

Act as SME for other global projects for integrations and card programs

Associates degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent experience

Basic Qualifications

3-5 years of experience working with SAP financial and HR systems

Knowledge of Citibank or other commercial card experience

3-5 years working with Concur in a large multi-national company

Demonstrates the ability to understanding technical processes of multiple systems

Well-developed trouble shooting skills and mindset, with passion to dig and investigate

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

In-depth knowledge of Disney's Travel Policies, processes, and supporting systems integrated with Concur.

Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills

Demonstrated experience partnering with key stakeholders and vendors

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
