JOB OVERVIEW:
This job reports into the Manager, Supply Chain Systems supporting all of the technology needs of the Purchasing, Distribution, and Total Quality functions. These systems include iBuy/Coupa, i-Supply, i-Kitchen, Product Complaints, System Security, Supplier Onboarding, Contract Management, and Distribution. This job is a blend of Supply Chain Systems technical support, administration, development/testing, including food and beverage catalog management.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with team to execute application deployment to internal and external customers, which includes user advocacy and support for key applications

• Testing and development of enhancements for existing applications across Supply Chain application tools

• Includes cXML/EDI integrations to facilitate electronic business relationships with partners

• Administer settings and ensure data integrity across various systems

• Support and troubleshoot issue for internal and external system users (e.g., vendors, distributors, team members)

• Ability to analyze complex data and develop quick insights

• Standard operating procedure and training documentation development and maintenance

• Support alcohol and food catalog for various brands

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Software testing, implementation, and support

• High end user knowledge of all Microsoft desktop applications

• Team oriented approach, ability to interface across multiple departments and levels

• Detail oriented with strong communication and follow through skills

• Ability to complete work with minimal supervision

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) suite experience (e.g., Coupa, Ariba)

• System administration a plus

• Understanding of cXML/EDI B2B integrations

• Accounting

EDUCATIONAL REQUIRMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
