About the Role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be the voice of our customers, ensuring that our teams continue to deliver exceptional products that revolutionize how we pay, bank, and invest. You will work in a scrum setting as part of a team and should be self-motivated, proactive, and think outside the box.
What You Will Be Doing:
Working directly with the HORIZON Banking System
Supporting Electronic Funds Transfers applications
Gathering requirements and troubleshooting, collaborating closely with SCRUM teams
Identifying strategies and improvement opportunities, reengineering processes for greater efficiency
Conducting tests to ensure correct implementation of changes made by programmers
What You Will Need:
Experience with IBMi hosted applications
Agile methodology
Rally
Jira
ATM/Debit routing knowledge
EFT simulator tool experience
Knowledge of ISO 8583 standards
Understanding of the financial services industry and end-to-end systems development life cycles
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience (Master's degree desirable)
