Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Responsibilities: - Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Assist with event planning and coordination - Provide front desk reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping - Handle confidential information with discretion - Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders - Assist with personal tasks as needed Skills: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with DocuSign for document management - Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic financial tasks - Ability to type accurately and efficiently - Customer service-oriented mindset - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work - Proactive problem-solving abilities This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
