We need a sales professional that can follow a proven method of running appointments and guiding the customers to the right product and close the deal.
So, ladies and gentlemen, this position is for our Outside Sales and Marketing. You don't have to know ANYTHING about construction or metal buildings! We will train you, as well as provide a training bonus. In fact, we have a system that works so well, you have nothing to worry about. All you need is reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the desire to make good money.
Job Description: This position is an entry-level sales job selling Steel Buildings to prospective customers in their homes and at their job sites, using our process. An Outside Sales Representative would be responsible for meeting with clients at scheduled appointment times with the sole purpose of closing a contract on the desired model. All appointments are prequalified and scheduled.
All appointments are “hot” leads for clients who have requested an on-site presentation for their project.
The Successful Candidate will:
Complete our existing training program and participate in weekly ongoing training offered by the company and/or its partners.
Run 4-6 preset appointments weekly while maintaining a minimum average closing rate of 40% or greater by using our proven sales process.
Establish a network of contractors that can be referred to existing customers.
Build beneficial relationships with customers prior to and after delivery through our follow-up process, exceeding your customer’s expectations.
Grow annum revenue for your territory to 1M & beyond by working with the management team as well as obtaining customer referrals & self-generated leads.
Recruit and train a team of 2-4 sales professionals under you.
Network with friends and customers by asking who the most talented people they know may be a good fit for our company.
Keep your team engaged through frequent interaction, growing by consistently sharing new ideas & training knowledge, and selling to maintain morale and continue earning residuals from those on your team.
