- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Assist guests with booking reservations and managing room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
