We are looking for a Front Desk Manager who will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure our guests receive exemplary service and driven our hotel to award winning status. You must have worked in a hotel as an FOM to be considered for this position. This is a growth position that could led to AGM and GM.

Responsibilities

• Flexibility in all duties, including covering desk/audit shifts.
• Provide support to the General Manager
• Schedule work shifts
• Ensure exemplary customer service by all team members
• Ensure all brand compliance requirements are met
• Troubleshoot emergencies
• Respond to customer surveys/emails
• Monitor all guest issues for resolution
• Weekly and daily reports
• Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met

Skills

• Proven work experience as an Front Desk Manager
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Opera proficiency is preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
