Job Overview:
As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be responsible for working independently, and without direct supervision. Possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Meet and greet residents; checks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.
Your Responsibilities:
Analyze and organize front facing operations and procedures such as resident information management, filing systems, packages, etc.
May require to keep track of supplies, and other clerical service oriented items.
Maximize office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software application.
Review clerical and property related records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Prepare activities and shifts reports/notes for guidance of management.
Coordinate activities with other departments or vendors for the community.
Maintain contact with residents, management, and outside vendors during shift.
Receive all telephone calls and in-person lobby traffic. Listen to resident requests, concerns and comments.
Overseeing closing of daily traffic – Helping to close business day, & knowing when to reach out for additionalhelp.

What We Offer:
As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for supplemental benefits to include dental, vision and pet insurance.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
