This position allows you to interact with and support a wide variety of employees in personnel and security areas. The duty location is a small, air-conditioned office building on the training site, with close, convenient parking.
Job Location: This position will be located at Ike Skelton Training Site, Jefferson City, MO
Assist new and current state employees in personnel actions and payroll. Utilize HireTrue application to support filling positions. Coordinate personnel actions with supervisors and managers. Track and maintain payroll and other employee data. Assist and/or train other employees in completing security questionnaires and obtaining back-ground checks and/or security clearances. Manage office supply activity. Use Excel to prepare standard and ad-hoc reports on various office issues.
We are looking for a self-motivated person with computer skills and practical experience in the personnel area.
