Admin Support Professional (Facilities Maintenance) Missouri Army National Guard Facilities Division
Salary: $1,675.00 - $1,824.29 2x monthly
Job Location: This position will be located at Ike Skelton Training Center, Jefferson City, MO.

What you’ll do:
Works as Production Controller for PRIDEWEB. Review work order requests, contact the POC to gather additional information as necessary to provide a clear picture of the requirement and priority, respond to the request and track scheduling, completion, and closeout. Analyze requests and backlog of work to determine trends and provide information for budget planning and requests. Manages PRIDEWEB/Microsoft Teams page access control to ensure that using units have correct access permissions. Ensures that new state property book items are accounted on the property book with a AGMO FORM 250-R and federal property book items are accounted for with HHD Supply, JFHQ. Works as the Property Book Accountant for the Maintenance Section. Have knowledge of inventory and property management principles and practices. Maintains hand receipts of all federal and state property. Prepares inventory lists, assists Hand Receipt Holders as required in conducting their inventories, and adjusts property records as required to ensure accuracy. Works with management and personnel to settle problems of a special, controversial, or technical nature, as they occur, regarding all phases of property management. Assures that all requisitions for the purchase of equipment, personal property, and supplies are properly reviewed for authorization and processed according to all Army Regulations. Conducts quarterly, semi-annually, and annual inventory of CFMO and Maintenance Section property.

We are looking for a self-motivated person with practical experience in the budgeting and organizing purchase order number, purchase amounts and Invoice information.
