MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, training and development, education, or administrative work.
A master’s degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for one(1) year of the required experience.
Professional or nonprofessional experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
Requires possession of valid Driver License.

JOB DUTIES:
Employee completes all tasks independently, with little to no supervision. To increase efficiency, the employee must put their in-depth auditing knowledge and experience to use in a range of scenarios. This entails checking records and/or documentation and getting in touch with the right people to make sure divisional programs comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Offers technical support for assessing internal audits of accounts and employee and contractor certifications. Analyze and interpret information to offer fresh insight and support technical procedure initiatives; program analysis, consultation with management, and user development analysis are all included in this.
Applies practical knowledge and recommend solutions. Examine and interpret data from the monthly and annual audits to suggest user network permissions and access to division programs. Applies divisional guidelines to suggest new strategies and approaches comparing current users to the active directory. This includes using appropriate discretion to identify employee access or permissions. Employee will also assist with evaluating IT inventory and maintenance of employee account administration for effective operations.
Researches and advises purchases to management. The employee must use innovative thinking to enhance purchase agreements for management’s review. Provides consultation to liaisons and the purchasing department – this also includes suppliers or vendors. The employee must maintain records for correspondence and documentation to provide accurate purchase recommendations to management. Analyze financial information and monitor contracts for suitable action.
Applies comprehensive knowledge for recommended program and operational improvements. Conduct organizational study on the program’s guidelines to identify problems and develop new approaches to resolve systematic issues. This includes establishing a system for document maintenance to assure compliance with the program. The employee will prepare manuals and train workers in the use of new strategies, processes, reports, and other resources according to the division’s policy, including statutory and regulatory requirements.
Serves as a back-up to Government Operations Consultant II.
Performs other related duties as required.
