Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to effectively coordinate and manage resources. Duties: - Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met - Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues - Manage project documentation and ensure all project deliverables are properly documented - Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement Requirements: - Proven experience in IT project management - Proficiency in project management software such as Smartsheet, Workday, or Redmine - Strong knowledge of project implementation methodologies - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels - Experience with project planning techniques such as earned value management - Familiarity with collaboration tools like Confluence We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth.
