The Metal Card Project Manager is responsible for overall execution, management, implementation, and delivery of the metal cards produced in Exton (SMA/UMA). This role will direct, plan and organize efforts to produce our Metal cards. This position must have a long-term focus on IDEMIAs superior operational excellence and flawless production and delivery of this program.

• Responsible for leading and communicating, program and KPI updates during monthly operational meetings, bi-weekly steer committees, and weekly dashboard reviews
• Responsible for capacity calculations and ramp up plan definition
• Responsible for the development and implementation of production standard works
• Responsible for the follow up and good direction of IDEMIA metal card sample offer
• Accountable for delivering prelams and SMA finished goods at agreed and defined quality levels
• Support Quality in investigating and implementing containment and corrective actions for all prelam related and SMA product Customer Complaints
• Define and adhere to annual operating budget
• Organizational development: define, recruit, and develop the correct organization for the Metal Card program
• Communication with sales, production, supply chain and global engineering to ensure alignment amongst capacity, demand, and materials
• Industrial Database and headcount: responsible for building & maintaining the industrial database which provides the foundation for equipment, capacity, and headcount as well as ensuring headcount requirements are in place
• Accountable for execution of metal card key process indicators. Examples include: safety, production volumes, on time delivery, quality, wastage, yield, inventory, cost
• Accountable for standardizing and then improving the processes
• Accountable for industrialization after product qualification: Accountable for developing the production process to industrialize the production process
• Accountable for the training and development of the new employees

• 10 years of successful experience in an engineering, operations, project management, or new product introduction or industrialization
• Experience with ISO 9001 and 14001
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt preferred
• PMP preferred
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, perform under deadline pressure in a fast paced, high volume and changing environment
• Excellent presentation, analytics and communication skills, both written and oral, to all levels within the organization
• Experience leading and developing teams and staff required
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and communicate results and recommendations effectively to all levels of the organization
• Strong organization skills, excellent time management, and people management required
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and accept ownership for projects
