Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing a multi-line phone systems, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other computerized systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
