POSITION PURPOSE
The Human Resources Director will manage the delivery of HR services for the California division of California BioEnergy. The Human Resources Director will resolve employee issues, manage vendors, create communications, and collaborate with functional areas of both internal and external parties. This is a hands-on opportunity that will involve innovation and facilitation of activities supporting the growing renewable energy business.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
Performance will be assessed six months after initial hire and then annually. The role will be measured against California Bioenergy, LLC activities and metrics including costs and cost effectiveness, process, process efficiency and productivity, timeliness in delivery of services, customer satisfaction of stakeholders and clients, and other areas of review.

Office worker
Work locations routinely take place indoors, under controlled conditions and may include walking, sitting, or standing at a desk, and using office equipment including but not limited to computers, printers, and phones. The Human Resources Director may lift items up to five pounds during the normal course of business. Some travel to field locations may occur where the Human Resources Director may be required to wear protective equipment.
