JobDescription :
As a SalesDevelopment Representative you will play a crucial role in drivingbusiness growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients.
You will be responsible for generating new leads through variouschannels including cold calling email campaigns and networkingevents.
You will work closely with our sales team to develop andexecute targeted strategies to reach potential clients and promoteour products and services.
KeyResponsibilities :
Conductresearch to identify potential clients and gather information ontheir needs and pain points
Use various methodsto reach out to potential clients including cold calling emailcampaigns and networking events
Qualify leadsand schedule meetings for the sales team
Buildand maintain a pipeline of potential clients
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement targetedstrategies to reach potential clients
Keepdetailed records of all interactions with potential clients in ourCRM system
Stay uptodate with industry trendsand competition to identify new businessopportunities
Provide feedback and insights tothe sales team to improve the effectiveness of our salesstrategies
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterlysales targets
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield
Preferably 2 years of experience in salesor business development preferably in a B2Benvironment
Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
Proven track record ofmeeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellentnegotiation and persuasion skills
Ability towork independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the local market and industrytrends is a plus
Willingness to travel andattend networkingevents
