Key responsibilities

Stampli is looking for a self-motivated, solutions-oriented and data-driven Program manager to support our exciting portfolio of strategic product, operations and special projects. You will help lead planning and operational activities for a hypergrowth, fast-paced organization, and run point on a wide range of critical activities. This highly cross-functional role will offer tremendous opportunities to have a huge impact. You will report directly to the VP of Product and will be instrumental in driving efficiency and transparency across all aspects of the product lifecycle.

Maintain awareness of cross product/program synergies and actively communicate opportunities to simplify or better align work across teams

• Proactively manage across stakeholder groups to establish interdependencies, identify risks and resource constraints, and eliminate significant roadblocks in a timely fashion
• Identify and prioritize the working list of cross group collaboration opportunities
• Drive high priority strategic projects or special projects
• Set and drive regular cadence of communications to various stakeholders including internal team members and external audiences
• Drive product meeting agendas and manage follow-up actions
• Responsible for communications status of key initiatives to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Effectively communicate with senior management on decisions that impact multiple programs
• Prepare updates and business reviews with executive leaders
• Lead program retrospectives and commitment to improvement on a regular cadence
• Lead effective project / program governance and stakeholder management, ensuring adequate understanding of timelines, resource needs, risks, contentions, and dependencies
• Assess the current methodology, identify / rationalize gaps vs. best practices, and continuously improve the process to support our aggressive deployment schedule
• Work with leaders and stakeholders to drive project execution and deliver on agreed-to project requirements
• Lead & manage the communication between all the teams at Stampli when it comes to product roadmap, customer commits and any cross collaboration requirements between the product org and rest of the company

Requirements_

• 3 years of experience managing multiple programs in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience in developing strategic and feature roadmaps and translation into tactical delivery that enable business outcomes.
• Working with remote teams.
• Thrives in ambiguity
• Proven track record of bringing order and predictability to the product development process
• Background in establishing systems: experience developing processes where little exists, and demonstrated flexibility to get things done
• Passionate and enthusiastic about organizational excellence and attention to detail
• Strong process-oriented thinking to build an effective and repeatable step to help the team scale.
• Results-oriented and motivated to find innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders.
