Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

BLS/CPR required. The primary responsibilities would be to book appointments from our work queues, so EHR experience is required, and Epic experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills and phone experience. We would also ask that these folks answer our phones and perform other administrative support tasks. Previous experience in a hospital setting.
