Construction Manager (Harrisburg, PA)

We are looking for a Construction Manager for our enterprise communications and service client. The construction manager will be accountable for all civil works and associated financial control via Scheduling (time), SP/ASP, and Quality Management for projects.

This is an 18-month contract role initially, 40 hours/week, in Harrisburg,PA.

This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and control charges to the agreed site design
• Ensure that only Customer's approved materials are installed on the project
• Attend coordination and progress meetings
• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor works with the Service Providers and other disciplines that have an interface with the Civil Works part of the project
• Drive schedule activities and trouble-shooting results
• Provide accurate status information on the progress to project management
• Reject wrong deliveries of material to site
• Write claims, order and return materials
• Prepare regular interval progress reports as required by the project
• Provide technical assistance to the Service Providers and any other suppliers
• Coordinate site activities and assure that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in phase with the Project goals and objectives

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in job-related experience with project builds over 200 sites
• Good knowledge and skills, ability to identify and solve complicated problems that require careful analysis, adapt existing procedures, techniques, and methods, contribute to improvement and change, and work independently
• Required training/certifications: Supplier is responsible for ensuring that Personnel have the necessary qualifications and certifications required to perform the Work described herein prior to beginning Work, including ergonomics and any refresher training required to maintain such certifications
• Reports to CM3 (Lead) or IM Lead

Pay Rate: $37/hr. - $40/hr.
