Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County is seeking a full-time Construction Division Manager (CDM) with a public works and sanitary sewer background. The CDM is a management position that supervises and coordinates the delivery of the core services pertaining to the Township’s sewer system and storm sewer system capital improvement projects and other Township construction projects as assigned.
The CDM provides effective leadership to the unionized workforce as assigned, coordinating the daily work of the Township’s Replacement Project Coordinator, Inspectors and the Township’s in-house Sewer Replacement Crew. The CDM has the responsibility to review and maintain project schedules for construction projects, monitor milestone deadlines and notify the Contractor and Engineer in advance of anticipated missed deadline dates.
