HOURS OF WORK: Flexible - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Work collaboratively with all employees of Eastern Division providing excellent customer service and maintain

profitability of the division

* High level communication and responsiveness to Corporate Headquarters

* Knowledge of the Receiving/Shipping process

* Maintain Inventory/Stock Levels (Send Requisition to Corporate to Order)

* Conducting Inventories (In Warehouse and Facilities)

* Assist in presenting and delivering Variety the Children’s Charity equipment

* Maintain all paperwork and computers systems (entering all notes in computer)

* Ensuring that all delivery tickets are completed properly and are then sent to headquarters for billing purposes daily

* Create and cultivate relationships with new payer partners in Central and Eastern, PA

* Perform cleaning / testing/ troubleshooting of equipment (Respiratory, DME, etc.)

* Perform repairs on all durable medical equipment as needed in warehouse and patient owned

* Adheres to company policy and procedure on infection control and safety

* Maintains company vehicle and assures vehicle safety. Completes Vehicle Checklist Monthly

* Understands the process of Delivery/Pickup of Equipment as needed. Assists when necessary.

* Maintain Building for Safety and Compliance/Codes

* Obtain Quotes for Respiratory Equipment as needed.

* Obtain working knowledge of DME/HME repair quote process.

* Attend/assign designee to Joint Commission/PI Meetings

* Attend/assign designee for Safety Committee (Perform Monthly Walk Through and Attend Monthly Meetings)

* Attend weekly call on Tuesdays and 9:30 am (remote or in-person)

* Attend monthly Operational Leadership meetings (remote or in-person)

* Collaborates with Vice President to establish branch growth, productivity, and efficiency goals.

* Monitors and adapts activities to support market growth, increased sales/revenue, net gross, and net operating profits.

* Tracks, trends, and reports on KPIs supporting branch goals.

* On Call for Emergencies as needed

* Performs other duties and projects as assigned by management

CONTINUING EDUCATION:

* Attends in-services on safety considerations and infection control

*Attends in-services on new products

* Attends annual company in-services on hazardous communications, etc. as required

* Avail self of audio and video tapes
