StaffingResources Suwanee is Hiring a Paralegal Near Orlando, FL
Previous real estate experience is required. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3 years of employment at a law firm or title company assisting with closing residential or commercial real estate transactions from pre-closing through closing. Candidates who also have foreclosure and eviction litigation experience, including setting hearings, e-filing and similar supportive responsibilities will receive top consideration. The firm is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, professional, team player, who is proficient with oral, written and computer skills.
Job Requirements:
- Previous real estate closing experience required;
- Excellent communication and writing skills a must;
- Well organized, detail oriented, and ability to work on numerous tasks without extensive supervision;
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word;
- Work professionally and with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 2-3 years prior experience in a paralegal capacity with demonstrated experience supporting a litigation caseload; and
- Previous experience with SoftPro and/or Prolaw is ideal, but not required.
