A premier Florida based commercial law firm has an immediate opening for a Trademark Paralegal that can be based in one of our multiple office locations. The candidate must be fully bilingual in English/Spanish, have keen attention to detail, including effective proof reading and drafting skills, demonstrated multi-tasking skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with others against deadlines.
The position requires experience with any of the following international trademark portfolio management systems: WebTMS, CPI Computer Packages, Inc., or AppColl IP Docketing. Experience in International trademark work including Madrid System (WIPO) is desirable, as is experience with, conducting online searches, investigations of third party marks, searching and analyzing reports, coordinating documentation for the prosecution or defense of contested matters, assisting in the preparation and filing of office actions and registration materials.
