Position Overview
As a Paralegal at Cru, you will play a crucial role in managing legal matters for all Cru ministries. From handling confidential information in various practice areas to drafting legal documents, conducting research, and providing legal assistance to our dedicated staff, your work will directly contribute to the success of our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Manage intake processes for new and existing legal matters.
- Prepare complex legal documents and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information in areas such as compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and more.
- Conduct legal research on a variety of issues.
- Assist in coordinating legal materials and meetings.
- Align all work with Cru's values of Faith, Growth, and Fruitfulness.

Experience and Skills:
- 2 years Associate’s degree
- 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Paralegal certification is required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience of 5 years or more.
