We seek a dynamic and adaptable Patient Care Coordinator for our busy, patient-centered integrative medicine clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is a skilled problem-solver, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow with our practice. As part of our team, you'll be involved in various tasks, each day bringing new challenges and opportunities.
Monday thru Friday ~ 20-30 hours a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow a specified phone script to handle calls, schedule, and confirm appointments.
  • Answering phone calls with joy and professional manner, and managing patient communications.
  • Greet and check in patients upon arrival.
  • Accurately collect and update patient information, including medical history, insurance details, and process payments.
  • Assist patients with paperwork and forms completion.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns over the phone.
  • Ensure efficient patient flow and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards.
  • Handle billing inquiries and process payments.
  • Learn and manage scheduling software.
  • Address and resolve technical issues by coordinating with IT support and service providers.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.
  • Organizing, preparing, and cleaning treatment rooms to ensure a welcoming environment for patients.
  • Performing routine cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces, to maintain a pristine clinic space.
