Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (45-minute lunch)

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Admin Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Respond to phone inquiries regarding RxDC using the FAQs
• Handle phone coverage
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information
• Ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, and work well under tight deadlines
• Must show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless a reasonable accommodation is approved
