Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $16.50/hr

Experience: 1 years of customer service / customer-facing responsibilities

Education: High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or post high school graduate training – especially in healthcare, insurance or customer service related fields preferred

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Customer Service Representativeto join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Fields incoming member and provider routine
• Handle calls concerning benefits, services, claims, and other inquiries
• Receive and complete member callbacks regarding various company surveys, reminders, or mailers
• Assist with training and mentoring of newly hired staff
• Enter and update member and provider information in the database
• Assist members in understanding and navigating the enrollment process into the QUEST Integration program
• Maintain an accurate account of all telephonic transactions
• Coordinate routine projects including producing copies, mailings, faxes, and recording all correspondence
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including telephone etiquette
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Lync)
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
• High energy level, flexibility, and ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced work environment
