Overview :
The Customer Advisor position plays a crucial role in delivering promises to our clients by answering inbound calls with questions related to coverage and eligibility.
Job Responsibilities :
- Following established procedures and guidelines to answer a wide variety of inbound calls from customers and service providers
- Listens attentively to customer needs / wants
- Consistently meet call center metrics
- Build and maintain effective internal working relationships and supports team in meeting company goals.
- Effectively manage claims process through outbound dials to customer and service provider
Qualifications :
- 2-4 years prior customer service / call center experience preferred
- Must be able to demonstrate proper skill handling of customers and claims
- Superior communication skills, organization skills, and phone presence.
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- High level of MS Outlook, Word, Excel
