ROLE SUMMARY
STAFFEDINC. is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic People Coordinator who can support daily PeopleDepartment operations, promoting efficiency and effectiveness across thecompany. Participating in the full lifecycle of STAFFED INC. 's field team, thePeople Coordinator will be working closely with the People Manager onengagement, onboarding and employee relations.
As the People Coordinator, you will bepart of the People HR team with responsibilities across talent acquisition;employer value proposition; compliance and; equipment and efficiencies. Workingclosely on the day-to-day with the VP of Operations and STAFFED INC. ’s fieldteam, you will have pronounced visibility within the company. We are solicitingan experienced People Coordinator who can promote organized systems andencourage engagement throughout our operations.
You will play an essential role in establishingthe foundation of our People Department, while ensuring smooth operation ofsystems and processes within the company. Our team’s goal is to be scalable andsustainable, encouraging efficiency and effectiveness.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist withonboarding of new employees and benefit enrollment of corporate employees.
Processbackground and investigation requests across teams.
Prepare and record keep employee lifecycle documents and internaltrackers.
Update and maintain HRIS, ERP and Benefit Carrier platforms.
Respond to questions regarding employee handbook, benefits, policies,and procedures.
Coordinate and schedule corporate team candidates.
Work closely with the Finance Department to support streamlinedbi-weekly payroll.
Ensure information sharing and acknowledgement of labor laws and policycompliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR or related field.
SHRM credential preferred.
2 years of relevant experience in HR, People Ops or OfficeAdministration experience.
Proficiency with Google Suite and Paylocity.
Must have experience and excellent knowledge of onboarding processes andemployee relations.
Must be authorized to work within the United States.

Motivation to increase efficiency and identify issue areas.
Experience within and ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growthwork environment.
