Role and Responsibilities
We are a nonprofit organization. Our stores support our mission with affordable items, along with generating sales to support our food pantries.
The Retail Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in all operations of a St. Vincent de Paul Des Moines retail thrift store. The main areas of support are sales and profit, policies, procedures, staff training, donation processing, sales floor merchandising, customer service, and data reporting.
The Assistant Manager must continue to advance in donated good objectives and have a strong drive to meet established targets. The Retail Key Manager will possess positive leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position manages employees of a Retail Store and is responsible for the positive performance management, hiring, and development of the employees within that location.
