St. Stephen's Community House is Hiring a Case Manager Near Columbus, OH
Seeking a Case Manager to work directly with at-risk families in a neighborhood-based program to provide support services, group facilitation, and at-home visitation services.
- Must be able to work flexible hours – days/evenings/weekends
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurance requirements
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in social work or related degree
- Case management experience, preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
