If so, then we invite you to read on.ABOUT THIS ROLESt. Michael’s is hiring a Program Manager to oversee a Department of Homeland Security contract. As the Program Manager, you will provide oversight and guidance to a contractor team performing capability requirements development using DHS’s Joint Requirements Integration and Management System (JRIMS). This client-facing role will benefit from your previous experience developing capability requirements documents and performing integrated master scheduling for major projects. - 10 years of experience related to JRIMS requirements document generation and using integrated master schedules (IMS)
- 5 years of management experience
- 4 years of experience as a primary IMS scheduler
- Experience with the DHS acquisition process as guided by DHS Instruction 102-01-001 Acquisition Management
- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Master of Project Management or Master of Business Administration.
- Ability to successfully pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check.
- Serving as the central point of contact for the DHS JRIMS Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract
- Solely responsible for successfully managing cost, schedule, and performance for all awarded task orders in accordance with the Statement of Work
- Coordinating with the government point of contact and contractor team to resolve contract issues
- Coordinating with St. Michael’s Contracts Manager to ensure all necessary contractual and task order documents are in place to authorize performance
- Working with recruiters to staff task order positions with qualified personnel within the required timeframe
- Managing gross margin and profit for the DHS JRIMS IDIQ
- Managing contract performance to maximize Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) ratings
