Progressive, a growth-oriented specialty-print manufacturer located in Maplewood, MO 63143, is looking for an experienced customer service specialist who has worked in the COMMERCIAL PRINTING INDUSTRY.

Qualifications

• High School degree - minimum
• Experience working with accounts and clients in the commercial printing industry
• Working knowledge of PC based order estimating/processing software and Microsoft Office apps
• Basic understanding of ADOBE graphics software

Duties will include:

• Print job estimating, work-order processing, and invoicing
• Customer interaction via phone, email and website• Chat box interaction and ecommerce order management
• Some pre-flighting of artwork

Continuous training in all aspects of the job will be provided.

Day Shift, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, M-F. Occasional overtime as required.

Salary commensurate with experience.
