We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide support to customers via email, chat, or phone
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Skills:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
