POSITION SUMMARY
This is an exempt, specialized position of considerable difficulty requiring a variety of Human Resources assignments. Assignments may include coordinating and processing employee benefit enrollments and changes, pension statements, short and long term disability, processing payroll, maintenance of employee files using payroll/human resources software, processing and tracking workers' compensation, and related documents, coordinating EEO/Affirmative Action Activities, and participating in a full range of human resource activities as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Required knowledge, skills and abilities for this position would normally be gained through the equivalent of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or a combination of at least 3 years of related college coursework and experience may be substituted for a degree.
