ResponsibilitiesSUMMARY - Under the direction of the Manager-Nursing Services, coordinates and supervises patient care employees; directs functioning of assigned units; acts as liaison with physicians, patients, families, and staff. Responsible for daily operational activities of assigned unit(s) including evaluations, staff cost containment initiatives, daily productivity, regulatory compliance, patient safety and satisfaction andquality. Supervisor to cover additional units, Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, and GAMMA Knife.
QualificationsMINIMUM
3 years RN experience in related specialty
Associates Degree in Nursing Program
RN:AZ
American Heart Association BLS
PREFERRED
BSN
Chemo Certified
