St Cloud Christian School is seeking a highly motivated, engaged, and passionate Full Time Admissions and Athletic Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

Assists the Admissions and Athletic Director in all administrative responsibilities pertaining to Athletics and the Admissions process. The assistant plays an integral role– under the direction of the Director– in the establishment and maintenance of relationships between parents, coaches, athletes, and other school representatives.

• Athletics
• Scheduling games, rental facilities, transportation
• Assist with game day responsibilities (set up, announcing, locking up facility, etc.)
• Uniform Distribution and collection
• Represent SCCS at Athletic meetings
• Communicate with parents, staff, and coaches
• Update Athletic Websites
• Admissions
• Support admissions process (new and returning students)
• Schedule and lead tours to prospective families
• Schedule and conduct MAP testing for new students
• Support Admission and Retention Events (Open House, Back to School Night, Orientation, ect.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
