JOB TITLE: Product Manager 2 LOCATION: New York, NY DUTIES: Create solutions for features and enhancements, and define product requirements and collaborate with designers, engineers, and quality assurance to design and deliver cutting edge solutions. Work with the leadership team to define scope, schedules and communicate status throughout the development process. Collaborate with teams to develop first class documentation, trainings, and case studies for the product. Execute minimum acceptance testing on new features and functionality. Handle escalated support incidents on an ongoing basis. Develop an in-depth knowledge of the business, workflow, product and systems that interface with Geneva and use that knowledge to proactively add value to the development process. May telecommute and work remotely from any location in the United States. Position reports into the New York, NY office.
