SR Solutions Restaurants is Hiring a French Cuisine Chef de Cuisine Near Dallas, TX

Are you passionate about creating exceptional French culinary experiences from scratch? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team at a brand-new restaurant with a scratch kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative menus, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients and made-from-scratch dishes.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Lead and mentor a team of dedicated culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Prepare and present dishes according to recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and control costs, optimizing ingredient utilization while minimizing waste.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and culinary techniques, bringing new ideas to the table and enhancing the overall dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a scratch kitchen, demonstrating a deep understanding of culinary techniques and flavor profiles.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, promoting a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our rigorous standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry.
