Sqooasha is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Tucson, AZ

Sqooasha is looking for an Office Coordinator to act as a liaison to support our executive team. Sqooasha has been providing educational services to students since 2017, including students with various disabilities. The students we work with range from kindergarten students up to college level students.

Position Summary:

The Office Coordinator will assist the team in the day-to-day operation for administrative needs of the company, including working closely with our executive team and current tutors; supporting the Sqooasha executive team to create a healthy learning environment for tutors and students.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • 2 years performing supportive duties in an assistant role, or similar.
  • Self motivated and able to prioritize tasks as they come.
  • Excellent COMMUNICATION SKILLS - both written and verbal.
  • Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity and discretion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing/editing e-mails and reviewing tutoring notes.
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for the company.
  • Assist with marketing activities to help grow the team.
  • Assist management team on special expansion projects.
  • Communicate professionally with team members and clients.
  • Answer and direct office phone calls.
  • Assist in hiring, maintaining employee files, reviewing payroll data, and other HR needs.
  • Maintain customer information in our management system.
  • Coordinate/schedule meetings with clients.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
