Responsibilities:

 Open/Close facility

 Schedule appointments

 Creating bills and applying payments

 Processing of patient paperwork

 Social media engagement

 Maintain common areas

 Contact patients who have requested services

 Check patients in/out

 General office administrative functions

 Answer phones

Requirements:

 Mon-Thurs 8:00-5:00, Fri 8:00-12:00

 Professional appearance

 Great communication skills/phone etiquette

 Dependable

 Quick learner

 Critical Thinking skills

 Detail Oriented

 Compliance with HIPAA and all relevant healthcare requirements

 Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment

 Nextech experience is a plus

COMPENSATION

 $18-$20 per hour based on experience
