Senior Living Sales Counselor– Senior Living Sales & Marketing – Position Summary: Represents the Community on various levels cultivating relationships. This position is responsible for outside sales, lead generation and partnership development with healthcare professionals in the area.This position reports to the Executive Director.

Business Development Manager – Senior Living Sales - Duties:

• Demonstrates a strong knowledge of sales strategy and implementation.
• Arranges and conducts off-site visits with prospective partners, residents and their families for the purpose of discovery.
• Develops leads and professional partnerships.
• Continuously create, unique, and personal follow up.
• Maintains current knowledge of key competitors, strengths, and weaknesses.

Business Development Manager – Senior Living Sales - Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.,B.A.) from a four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid Drivers License and own car. Local travel required.
