About us
Are you ready to join a fun and dynamic Sales team? The SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn Pittsburgh is looking to add a Sales Manager to the team!
(Previous hotel sales experience is required.)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product launches
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay updated on the latest industry developments and technologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of technical sales and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to customers
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Demonstrated success in account management and building customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
