We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who has supported human resources for a company. to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent clerical skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. This position requires someone who is highly organized, has strong communication skills, and can work independently.

Responsibilities

- Providing HR assistance to the North Bay team.

- Managing and maintaining employee file compliance

- Assisting with recruiting, new hire orientations and onboarding

- Develop relationships with schools, colleges and agencies.

Skills:- Excellent organizational skills- Strong attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Interviewing, presenting skills is a MUST.
